Sunshine Fievet - Broker/Owner

Sunshine has been in Montana for over 30 years, and grew up in the quaint town of Livingston, just over the Bozeman Pass from Gallatin Valley. She has been working in Mortgage and Real Estate since 2001.

Sunshine worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor for over 10 years. Having that background has been very beneficial in the Real Estate World. She knows the intricate in’s and out’s of an entire transaction.  After being licensed as a Realtor® and then obtaining a broker’s license, her main goal is to operate a Real Estate Brokerage that is client focused and agent driven.
